We have carefully implemented a FIVE-POINTS of QUALITY Program. This means we inspect your clothes at a minimum of five times during the fashion care process. And depending on the type of garment or fabric, we will inspect it even more. We have also organized a staff of dedicated Customer Care Representatives that are available to you at all times during our regular business hours.
They can assist you with any of your questions or concerns. Whether you need to know how will we clean your beaded gown or that wonderful down-filled comforter, or how you can preserve your babies' first jean jacket, or if we can store your winter coat for the summer - we have the right answers.
